Mô tả công việc
- Lead and manage the industrial engineering team to ensure efficient production processes.
- Analyze production workflows and implement improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement lean manufacturing strategies.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and work instructions.
- Evaluate production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Oversee the implementation of new technologies and automation solutions.
- Conduct time and motion studies to optimize labor productivity.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Train and mentor engineering staff to enhance team performance.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial engineering, preferably in the apparel industry.
- Proven track record of successfully leading engineering projects and teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in lean manufacturing and process improvement methodologies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
