Merchandiser

SCOPE OF WORK:

• Communicate with customers regarding product specifications, order status, sample development, and delivery schedule.
• Coordinate with Production, Planning, QA/QC, Purchasing, and Warehouse departments to ensure production runs smoothly.
• Follow up material status, production progress, and shipment schedules.
• Prepare and manage related documents such as PO, BOM, costing, sample requests, and production reports.
• Monitor product development from sample stage to mass production.
• Support solving production or delivery issues to ensure on-time shipment.
• Maintain good relationships with customers and suppliers.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Supply Chain, Garment/Textile, or related fields.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Merchandiser/ Sales in backpack, bag, garment, or related manufacturing industries.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Good command of English (4 skills).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

 PLUS POINT IF YOU:

• Have experience working at the garment (backpack) or manufacturing industry
• Proficiency in an additional language such as Korean or Chinese is an advantage
