Mô tả công việc
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory, placing orders and maintaining optimal levels.
- Schedule meetings and appointments, manage calendars for office
- Book travel and accommodations.
- Coordinate and arrange meetings and events, including logistical arrangements and catering.
- Prepare presentations and reports, as assigned, utilizing data analysis and presentation tools.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, filing systems, and databases.
- Process invoices, manage petty cash, and handle basic accounting tasks.
Yêu cầu công việc
- College/University graduated with related maijor
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a F&B
- Proficiency in written and verbal English language is refer
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
