Mô tả công việc
- Receive and classify calls and letters sent to the company.
- Schedule, arrange, and take minutes of meetings and important events in the company.
- Order stationery and supplies for departments.
- Prepare monthly expense reports and send them to management.
- Manage internal databases, employee personal files, customer and partner files of the company.
- Prepare and manage administrative documents, important documents of the company related to business activities such as contracts, quotations and sales presentations.
- Contact Administrative agencies to resolve administrative issues related to the company's business activities.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Age between 22-30 years old.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in related fields (Business Administration, English, International Business will be advantage).
- 1-2 years experience in HR, Admin, Sales Admin.
- Good communication and presentation skill.
- Good communication in English. Additional languages are plus.
- Able to operate MS Office and other relevant softwares.
- Able to travel oversea and flexible working time.
