About Code Blue
Code Blue is a proud vendor for Planet Fitness, serving clients across the globe. We're looking to expand our team with a talented CEO Assistant based in Ho Chi Minh City.
The Role
As CEO Assistant, you'll manage the CEO's schedule, handle communication, prepare reports, and keep the CEO informed. You'll also provide day-to-day and project support, all while maintaining confidentiality.
Main Responsibilities:
- Organize the CEO's schedule and ensure smooth meeting coordination.
- Bridge communication between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for the CEO.
- Keep the CEO informed on important developments.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Assist the CEO with daily tasks and long-term projects.

Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong ability to understand and anticipate the CEO's needs.
- Exceptional organizational skills with prioritization expertise.
- Proficiency in office software and technology tools.
- Adaptability and quick thinking to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication style that aligns with the CEO for seamless interaction.
- Working time: 8:00 PM - 4:00 AM

Work Environment
- Hybrid work arrangement with the CEO primarily in the US and the assistant in Vietnam.
- Requires flexibility to work across time zones.
