Finance & Accountant Executive / Chuyên Viên Tài Chính Kế Toán

I.                   What you will do:

- Assisting in researching, filling data entry, recording and maintaining accurate and complete financial records.

- Controlling the cost in the office and production

- AR control: Monitor the collection & accounts receivable, make the customer report

- AP: check and put the information related with import material: Indirect Cost, Custom Declaration…..

- Fix asset: Fixed Asset registration maintained and updated

- Support to make monthly report, and other task would be assigned

- Hỗ trợ nghiên cứu, nhập dữ liệu, ghi nhận và duy trì báo cáo tài chính chính xác và đầy đủ.

- Kiểm soát chi phí văn phòng và sản xuất

- Kiểm soát các khoản phải thu: theo dõi thu chi và công nợ phải thu, làm báo cáo khách hàng

- Kiểm soát các khoản phải trả: kiểm tra và nhập thông tin liên quan đến nhập khẩu nguyên vật liệu như các chi phí gián tiếp, tờ khai hải quan

- Tài sản cố định: đăng ký, duy trì và cập nhật tài sản cố định của Công ty

- Hỗ trợ làm báo cáo hàng tháng, và một số nhiệm vụ khác được giao

II.                  What we need:

- Graduated from Accounting background or others related such as: banking, finance, auditing, ...

- Less than 3 years of experience

- Able to work under high pressured

- Enjoy accounting job

- Ethics an integrity in working

- Good at communication in order to work with all departments

- Ambitious in career path

- Fresh graduated students are preferred

- Basic English level

- Chuyên ngành Kế toán hoặc những ngành có liên quan như: tài chính ngân hàng, kiểm toán,…

- Có ít hơn 3 năm kinh nghiệm (ưu tiên sinh viên mới ra trường)

- Yêu thích công việc kế toán và có khả năng làm việc dưới áp lực

- Liêm chính trong công việc

- Giao tiếp tốt và có khả năng làm việc với các phòng ban

- Có hoài bão trong công việc

- Tiếng Anh cơ bản
