Mô tả công việc
- Keep a proper record and filing of all information
- Follow up on the quotation status from production, and the accuracy of information provided.
- Keep in order all documents related to new development and orders, according to the filing system.
- Support fair activities
- Maintain and updating of MR SOP, Price Lists, and Sales Achievement
- Follow up on the quotation status from the factory
-Assist merchandiser following up on orders status like PPS, shipping, and inspection orders under merchandiser’s instruction.
- Join the trip with the team or buyer if the company has new developments.
- Assist merchandiser to make recap if any.
- Monitor and arrange container booking with the factory and forwarder properly.
- Other tasks to assist the merchandiser will be appointed if any.
Yêu cầu công việc
- 1-2 years of experience as sales/merchandiser/marketing in a similar or related industry.
- Meticulous and attention to detail, ability to organize and keep neat
- University graduate (in International trade/business would be preferred)
- Have fluent business English, the confidence to talk to customers in English
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office
