Mô tả công việc
- Ensure project handover package is complied with standard requirement in coordination with project team and maintenance team.
- Adopt changes of existing utilities to updated versions after project upgrades on Master drawing system.
- Provide effective control for document, and drawings complying with standard procedure.
- Timely provide/ support sufficient data on drawings/ warranty for archived projects per request/ audit.
- Follow strict compliance on client and /JLL policy on confidential documents disposal process.
- Provide effective management for warranty, license, permit tracking system.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders addressing concerns and delay to ensure quality handover package and up-to-dated license/permit.
- Perform assigned facility inspections, vendor work and due diligence efforts, reporting on as found conditions impacting satisfactory client occupancy and operations.
- Prepare and submit to summary reports listing conditions found in the performance of assigned work and recommend and/or suggest action to be taken.
- Familiar with the various items of facilities systems (electrical, mechanical, building automation systems, fire/life safety, ETC.)
- Manage Document controls room 5S and equipment.
- Any other duties as and when required by the Manager
Yêu cầu công việc
Knowledgeable in AutoCAD
Degree of industrial/civil/ mechanical /electrical engineer
Have a minimum two years of experience in project/ technical document management.
Detailed oriented, well-organized, effective communication
