Position Summary:
The function of this position is assist the HR & Admin Supervisor in HR & Admin projects and activities.
Specific Functions, Additional duties will include but not be limited to the following:
1. C&B: (10%)
- In charge of monthly timekeeping for official employees and casual workers, and other C&B campaigns and projects
- To respond to employees’ concerns relating to attendance record
- Taking finger print for new employees, create new staff ID number in HR software
2. Recruitment & Training (30%)
- Manage the whole recruitment processes & support the recruitment team in the Job posting, phone screening, recruitment test, interview, selection, salary dealing, job offer, ETC. in order to timely hire the right talents for business’ or project’s requirements.
- Coordinating with HR & Admin supervisor in On-Boarding training schedules/programs for Pistachio
- Conduct compulsory training sessions: Code of conduct, sexual harrasment, fair employees, company regulation....
3. Admin (50%)
- Coordinate with all team leaders to make daily meals recrod and inform quantity for canteen vender
- Controll drivers team and cleaning team.
- Providing administrative support to other departments and employees as needed
- Managing and maintaining all office equipment, including printers/copiers, air conditioning systems, machines at pantry.
- In charge of the internal activities such as EOM, Monthly Birthday, Christmas day, Tet..ETC
- In charge of monthly payment regarding HR & Admin activities and projects
- In charge of processing expat visa, WP and TRC renewal applications
- Creating and disseminating communications to employees regarding organizational changes, news, and events as required
4. Other relevant tasks: (10%)
- Check out all of the employee's legality records such as education certificates; health certificates; curriculum vitae.
- Manage employee data on FPT system (hiring, leaving,)
- Labor contract management for all employees (Probation, labor contract)
- Other job tasks within HR & Admin Department assigned by Superior.

Qualification, Competencies Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor Degree in major of Economic, Finance, Banking, Human Resource Management, Foreign Languages (English) or equivalent.
- Experience: Above 1 years of working experience in HR & Admin jobs is preferred.
- English skills: Good Communication
- Proficient with Microsoft skills excel report making
- Good organizational skills and ability to be multi-tasking.
- Results and people-oriented; service-minded and customer-focused.
- Understand Labor, Social Insurance, PIT laws and regulations.
- Working experience with HRM software is an advantage.
Working conditionals:
- Work hour: 08:00 - 17:00 (Mons to Fris) & 08:00 - 12:00 (Sats)
- Working place: B11 Tien Nga Warehouse, Tan Cang hamlet, Phuoc Tan ward, Bien Hoa city, Dong Nai province
- Dynamic working environment.
- 13th salary bonus & KPIs Performance Bonus (1-3 months).
- Salary reviews 1 time/year.
