Mô tả công việc

Prepare tender documents and related reports.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams for hospital channel operations.
Research and evaluate tender invitations.
Manage tender data, ensuring timely and accurate processing throughout the tender cycle.
Collaborate with and support the tender team leader in tender-related tasks and issue resolution.
Understand tender regulations and participate in the process.
Assist in preparing quotations and client communications.
Perform other tasks assigned by the team leader or department head.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
Experience in tender administration, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
Soft skills applicable to work (communication, customer care, ETC.).
Proficiency in office computer skills.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, ability to work independently and in teams, effective time management and organizational skills.
