Mô tả công việc
· Reception: Welcome guests, answer phone & deliver-receive packages and supervise the Helper to ensure the office is clean and well-organized;
· Facilities & Services:
- Purchase office equipment, machinery, stationery and necessary office stuffs (from budgeting management, collecting quotations, price comparison & negotiation, drafting contract and reviewing terms & condition with suppliers/ vendors/ contractors) and maintain asset database;
- Manage office equipment and facilities: find, contact and handle maintenance services in order to ensure all are in good working condition;
- Monthly payment: track and control office expenses (Car renting, stationery, taxi bill, ETC.), set up the draft transactions for them and other required payments
- Collect invoices provide to the Accountant.
- Coordinate for domestic and international business trips, including flight booking, hotel and restaurant reservations, ETC.
- Maintain soft and hard copy of contracts, in-coming and out-going correspondences and other documents;
· Office Expenses Payment and Report:
- Receive and pay for the Office Expenses, record the payments by day and by month to create the Expenses Reports.
· Employee engagement activities:
- Organize Company events such as: Trade Missions, Meeting, Factory Visitation, ETC.
- Coordinate with Company Trade Union’s Executive Committee to organize staff activities such as: Quarter competition; Quarter Birthday Celebration; Women's Day, Men's Day, Sport & Culture Event, ETC
· Sourcing Tasks:
- Oversee Sourcing Projects accepted by Vietnam B2B Direct and ensure the timely distribution, research and implementation of Projects
- Participate in Sourcing activities oneself with research and preparation of Reports
- Plan and participate in Account Management, Sourcing and Trade Mission Events, Factory Visitations, Factory Inspections, Client Visitations, VN Manufacturer Meetings ETC.
· Other tasks
- Proceed updates on business legal documents with government authorities;
- Other tasks assigned by Manager/ Supervisor

· University Degree preferable
· Experienced in working at the same position is a plus
· Advanced Vietnamese & English Language Skills - Written & Oral
