Sales Admin - Quy Nhon Sales Office- Temp 8-12 Months

* PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

- Execute the sale administration jobs for daily sale team’s operation at sales area.

- To report and assist to Area Sales Manager on daily operation of Sales Area in term of administration jobs and make sure operation runs smoothly properly as Company’s policy

* JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Administrative tasks

- To assist ASM in the administration of carrying out all promotions campaign and summarising of results when the promotion ends including accruals.

- To administer all correspondence relevant with HVN's partner

- To handle administrative work in relation to sale dept.,. staff working at sales area and to coordinate with HR department to ensure employees related matters are systematically recorded, tracked and reported properly.

- To assist RCM in daily sale administrative management.

- To handle all administration matters.

- SIS daily update

2. Tracking and following up promotion

- Promotion proposal, letter announcement & create promotion program in SIS system basing on program approved.

- Tracking promotion progress frequently

- Payment summary as policy

3. Sales Contract Management (OSR)

- To raise OSR (Outlet Sponsorship Requisition) in the system then conduct contract after getting approval from sales managers

- To maintain and update outlet sponsorship contract data base and prepare monthly report

- To maintain properly the filling system of tie up contract as company regulation

4. Managing payments

- To monitor and payment all matters relation to signage, tie-up, promotion… as company procedure and provide a monthly report.

- To check, process the payment for expense claims of sales representative

- To assist ASM control LME budget

* Weekly/ Monthly Report

- To do weekly/monthly Inventory,

- To do monthly signage, tie-up, promotion, report, and accrual

- Off Saturday, Sunday

- Working at Hanoi Sales Office

- Laptop provided

- Periodic health examination.
