General Accountant

We are actively looking for an experienced General Accounting to join our Back Office team based in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam. On joining you will be a part of an expanding team that is assisting Innomzie to reach our planned growth. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

1, Daily Tasks

• Collect, proceed and store all accounting data and documents.
• Verify the validity of accounting documents and invoice before booking.
• Review orders and payment requests before processing payment to ensure compliance with company’s policies.

2, Monthly Tasks

• Cash flow tracking and internal reporting to BOD.
• Prepare business invoices in compliance with company and tax authority requirements.
• When business arises, adjust contracts and business appendices.

3, Quarterly Tasks

• Prepare and submit related tax reports needed.
• ​​Quarterly cost estimates.

4, Yearly Tasks

• Submit financial statement, PIT declaration, CIT of the preceding year Prepare annual financial statements, including financial status reports, business performance reports, financial statement notes, cash flow reports, and financial balance sheets.

5, Payroll & Other Tasks

• Participate in explanation process, tax declaration and audit
• Compute monthly payroll, Social - Medical - Unemployment Insurance (SMUI), Personal Income Tax (PIT), allowances, and bonuses as per the company policies.  
• Register, update tax code, register dependant when IT arises.
• Other tasks are assigned by the Line Manager and BODs.
