Mô tả công việc
- Perform monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports including BS, P&L and CFS analytics for our stores and business units.
- Manage A/P and A/R, credit lines with related parties, monitor cash and prepares cash reports.
- Perform budgeting, financial forecast and business analysis when needed.
- Maintenance of our Fixed Asset Register.
- Inventory management.
- Expenses Management.
- Payroll and HR administration (Using Misa Amis software).
- Streamlining the finance systems and processes.
- VAT returns and submissions.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Details oriented and having proficient Excel skillset with strong analytical and problem-solving skill.
- Having ability to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently
- Having positive telephone, email and other communication skills as contact with clients and others will be extensive and ongoing
- Having low error rates and overall quality of work output, meeting assignment objectives (timeframes, budgets, outcomes)
- A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience, e- commerce experience is preferable
- Preferably know how to use Misa software
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, ETC.)
