Mô tả công việc
- Follow email, send Debit Note (DN)/Statement of Account (SOA) correctly and completely all shipments occur in period, request customer to confirm DN in the time according to policy;
- Follow email, request provider to send Debit Note (DN) correctly and completely all shipments occur in periods;
- Align with Cust to check and revise DN for incorrect items (if any);
- Issue invoice timely and suitable with credit term period;
- Request provider to issue invoice timely and suitable with credit term period;
- Check revenue & cost on Sale’s system which was input by Cust;
- Check invoice, input to accounting system, storage as regulations;
- Monitor customer debts, push and try hard via email/message/phone to collect debts on time, cordinate with Saleman to push customer pay;
- Monitor and storage Contracts as regulations;
- Other accounting tasks related to customer
- Other tasks requested by Managers.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Prefer ages from 22 – 30 yeas old
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, auditting, or others related field
- Good at using Ms Office software
- Good command of English
- Good knowledge about Accounting Priciple, Accounting Standard
- Good at communication, conflict resolution, problem solving & time management skills
- Agile, honest, eager to learn

Working time & place:
Working time: from Mon to Fri (8:00 am – 17:00 pm), Sat (8:00 am – 12:00 pm) can work from home.
