Payable Accountant / Accounting Assistant

AP Accountant will be responsible of all aspects of AP function.

Report to ASEV Vietnam Accountant.

• Collect and arrange all payment requests, bills, and documents which will be used for payment(s) to third parties.

 Prepare payment orders (hard copy or online system) (i) after all information of purchasing/ expenses are recorded in the Quickbooks system, and (II) before these are sent for review and approval
• List invoices to be processed for payment.
• Review invoices details and computations, as well as other third party requisitions for a satisfactory payment approval.
• Check vendor files for any previous payments and assign voucher numbers.
• Classify copies of vouchers and invoices into the appropriate folders.
• Prepare vouchers (i) payment, and (II) listing per invoice number, date, vendor address, item description, amounts and coding following the standard accounting policies and procedures.
• Prepare periodic reports (VAT and others applicable taxes) and other records.
• Review and List payment terms displayed on third parties contracts.
• Collect invoices and other related documents for tax purposes.
• Monitor authorized account reconciliation process.
• Administer all bank transactions and oversee data recording procedures monthly.
• Provide support to auxiliary schedules for auditing purposes as per assigned work.
• Collate bank statements on monthly basis.
• Timely update data to the Quickbooks system
