Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Senior Financial Advisory Service ($900, ID14702):

• Financial & Tax due diligence
• Financial valuations of businesses and assets (both tangible and intangible assets) under income approach, market and cost
• Purchasing price allocation
• Post-Merger integration
• IFRS advisory
• Internal control advisory / Internal audit, Transfer pricing documentation

• Male/ Female. 23 - 35 years old
• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related fields.
• Professional certificates ACCA, CPA, CFA will be a plus
• Have more than 3 years of experience in a similar position in the field of Financial & Tax Consulting, Financial Valuation, IFRS consulting, Internal Control / Internal Audit consulting at a consulting / accounting company.
• Fluent in English
