- To ensure the guests are 100% satisfied.
- Front desk agent performs check-in / out function for hotel guests, including being an information provider, receiver, diplomat, problem solver, salesperson, hotel representative, public relations agent, coordinator of activities and accountant with the utmost politeness, efficiency and friendliness
