Mô tả công việc
- Preparing products and managing inventory at the online platform (Shopee).
- Preparing images and content to upload the products and stock to sell on the online platform (Shopee)
- Create and design a banner to inform a customer about new products, services, or special offer
- Create the clips and the photo for posting on each platform (Tiktok, Shopee, Facebook)
- Create an effective sales promotion monthly on the platform
- Coordinate with warehouse staff on the packing process and return process from the customers
- Investigate and resolve customer problems with deliveries.
- Answer online chat and assist clients with general questions & product questions (within the same business day)
- Follows up with the customer after delivery; satisfaction and review of the products; requests photography of the products (if can)
- Being able to do Livestream will be an advantage
- Other duties as assigned
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's or higher degree in related fields.
- From 1 year of experience
- Experience in online marketing
- Intermediate skilled in managing social networks and online sales portals
- Multi-tasking with effective time management skills.
- Good listening skills, attention to detail, and positive/fun attitude that reflects our company values.
- Communicate in English, Good at the office computer.
Well-organized, hard-working, and able to work effectively under pressure.
Cooperative spirit and high responsibility, trustworthiness, and teamwork - High responsibility
Quyền lợi
- Salary: 10-12mil + commission + livestream allowance
- Full SI/HI/UI
- 13th salary
- Review salary in January yearly
