Mô tả công việc
Key Responsibilities:
• Order Processing:
◦ Process orders accurately and efficiently across multiple sales channels (e.g., ecommerce platforms, marketplaces).
◦ Ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
◦ Manage order cancellations, returns, and refunds.
◦ Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Inventory Management:
◦ Monitor inventory levels and update inventory records accurately.
◦ Coordinate with suppliers and warehouse teams to ensure timely replenishment of stock.
◦ Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Customer Service:
◦ Respond to customer inquiries and resolve customer issues related to orders, shipping,and returns.
◦ Provide excellent customer service through various channels (e.g., email, chat, phone).
• Platform Management:
◦ Assist with the management of online storefronts on various e-commerce platforms (e.g.,Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop).
◦ Optimize product listings, including product descriptions, images, and pricing.

◦ Set up promotions (price, voucher, GWP) and campaigns on e-commerce platforms.
• Data Analysis:
◦ Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order volume, sales revenue, conversionrates, and customer satisfaction.
◦ Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
◦ Prepare reports and dashboards to track e-commerce performance.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce operations or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and identify trends.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) is a plus.
• Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
