Mô tả công việc
Performance Advertising
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Zalo, and other digital platforms
- Manage advertising budgets to maximize ROI and ROAS
- Conduct A/B testing on audiences, creatives, placements, landing pages, and bidding strategies
- Monitor and improve key metrics including ROAS, CPA, CPC, CPM, CTR, Conversion Rate, and CAC.
- Scale high-performing campaigns while maintaining efficiency.
CRM & Customer Data Optimization
- Utilize CRM, loyalty, and customer data to develop acquisition, retention, reactivation, and cross-selling campaigns
- Analyze customer behavior, CLV, retention, and purchasing patterns to identify growth opportunities
- Build and optimize audience segments, lookalike audiences, and remarketing strategies
- Collaborate with CRM, Data, and Commercial teams to improve targeting and campaign effectiveness.
Analytics & Insights
- Track and analyze campaign performance using GA4, CRM systems, and advertising platforms
- Transform customer data into actionable insights to improve marketing performance
- Prepare regular performance reports and optimization recommendations
- Monitor business KPIs including CAC, CLV, ROAS, Retention Rate, Repeat Purchase Rate, and ATV.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Content, Design, CRM, and external agency partners to develop high-performing campaigns
- Support product launches, loyalty programs, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, advertising technologies, and platform changes.
Yêu cầu công việc
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Communications, or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Digital Marketing
- Proven experience managing Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other digital advertising platforms
- Experience working with CRM, loyalty programs, or customer databases is highly preferred
- Experience in Retail, E-commerce, FMCG, or consumer-focused industries is an advantage.
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of attribution models, conversion tracking, and performance marketing metrics
- Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and advertising analytics tools
- Experience leveraging first-party customer data for audience targeting and optimization
- Knowledge of customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, retention strategies, and customer journey mapping
- Familiarity with CRM/CDP platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Braze, Insider, MoEngage, SAP CRM, or Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
