• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand market share in Vietnam across B2B, E-commerce, and other potential sales channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners to drive sales growth.
• Identify new business opportunities and market trends to maximize sales potential.
• Oversee the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded.
• Lead and mentor the sales team, providing guidance, training, and motivation to achieve performance objectives.
• Collaborate with marketing team to develop integrated marketing strategies and campaigns that align with sales objectives.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about market conditions and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management review.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial aspects related to sales and marketing activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Age 22 and above
• Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the FMCG or retail industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in English and Vietnamese.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Must have minimum 2 years experience

• Salary: 15 million to 20 million VND depending on experience.
