A. Job Summary
- Working location: 40 Thien Phuoc, Tan Hoa Ward, HCMC
- Working hours: 8.00 – 5.30, Mondays – Fridays and Alt Saturdays (Lunch time: 12.00 – 13.30)
- Freshers and juniors are welcomed.
We are looking for a dynamic, highly proficient English-speaking Travel Content & Operations Support (Travel Support). In this role, you will be responsible for both crafting compelling English content and supporting day-to-day tour operations throughout the product lifecycle.
- Pre-launch Phase: Focus heavily on market research, and building the core English content (website blog posts, product descriptions).
- Post-launch Phase: Maintain and update ongoing content (travel blogs, customer reviews, social media updates) while actively supporting the Tour Manager in customer care and tour operations.
B. Key Responsibilities
1/ Phase 1: Content Creation & Product Research (Pre-Launch)
- Market Research: Conduct in-depth research on tour destinations, local attractions, travel trends, and competitor products to help shape unique tour itineraries.
- Content Writing: Write high-quality, engaging, and SEO-friendly English content for the company’s website, including product descriptions, destination guides, and travel blogs.
- Proofreading: Ensure all marketing and product materials are error-free, culturally relevant, and aligned with the brand's tone of voice.
2/ Phase 2: Operations & Customer Support (Post-Launch)
- Customer Support: Assist the Tour Manager in handling inquiries, booking requests, and feedback from English-speaking clients via email, phone, or chat.
- Tour Operations: Support coordination with local vendors, tour guides, transportation, and accommodation providers to ensure smooth tour execution.
- Problem Solving: Assist in handling on-the-ground issues or emergencies during tours to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

C. Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in English Language, Linguistics, Tourism & Hospitality Management, International Relations, or equivalent.
- Possess high-level English certificates (e.g., IELTS 7.0+, TOEFL iBT 95+, or equivalent evidence of fluency) is much preferred.
- Language Proficiency: Outstanding English communication skills (both written and verbal are critical).
- Content Writing: Proven experience in writing English content (blogs, website copy, or travel articles). A portfolio or writing samples will be highly advantageous.
- Research Skills: Strong ability to gather, analyze, and synthesize information from various online sources.
- Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a customer-centric mindset. Ability to adapt quickly as the product transitions from development to live operations.
