§ Manage and lead sale agent to achieve monthly target;
§ Develop and well-oriented with team member’ skill, career path;
§ Ensure to provide the most appropriate services to the customers.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for managing the team, building & implementing business plan to ensure achieving team target/ KPI;
- Always keep close monitoring on the performance of individual and the whole team;
- Orientation of activities and human resource development of the group;
- Support debt collection activities to control overdue/ bad debt ratio;
- Ensure that the team always strictly adheres to the Bank's policies, sale quality management, code of conducts, internal/ external regulations as well;
- Develop new market and potential customers;
- Other tasks as assigned by line manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Graduated College/University graduation is a must;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Banking and Financial Industry;
- Preferably with experience in a similar position;
- Hard work, integrity and have aspirations
- Good communication skill, confidence and ability to work under high pressure.
