KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1, Sales Management
- Develop and implement annual sales plans for medicines and medical devices in hospitals and clinics.
- Achieve sales targets.
- Monitor sales performance and propose corrective actions when necessary.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
2, Hospital Business Development
- Build and maintain relationships with ophthalmologists, department heads, pharmacists, procurement teams, and hospital management.
- Identify opportunities for new product listing and hospital coverage expansion.
- Coordinate product introduction and hospital evaluation activities.
- Support key account development and strategic customer management.
3, Tender and Procurement Management
- Coordinate with Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, and distributors to prepare tender documents.
- Monitor tender opportunities and ensure timely submission.
- Follow up tender results and implement action plans to improve tender success rate.
- Ensure compliance with tender regulations and company policies.
4, Medical and Marketing Activities
- Collaborate with Medical Affairs and Marketing teams to organize scientific meetings, workshops, symposiums, and product education programs.
- Support KOL engagement and scientific communication activities.
- Ensure effective execution of promotional activities in compliance with ethical standards.
5, Distributor Management
- Manage distributors and monitor sales performance.
- Ensure sufficient inventory and product availability.
- Coordinate sales forecasting and demand planning.
- Conduct regular business reviews with distributors.
6, Compliance and Administration
- Ensure compliance with company policies, healthcare regulations, and ethical promotion standards.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business reviews.
- Maintain accurate customer and market information.
Yêu cầu công việc
REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Biotechnology, Medical Technology, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Pharmacist qualification is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales.
- Experience in ophthalmology products, hospital channel, and tender business is preferred.
