Mô tả công việc
- End-to-end recruitment and managing a team of approximately 2-3 subordinates with a recruitment plan of approximately 20 positions/month, including C-level positions and some specialists in a niche market.
- Build candidates pools for company through different channels, including social media and various HR plattforms, activities in associations, clubs, fairs…
- Actively involved in Digital Employer Branding: Make a monthly communication plan on EB and control, edit weekly postings, participate together with Marketing team to build Company image and company leader brandings
- Mentor, coach Team's members. Set and evaluate subordinate’s OKRs. Make TA weekly report.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor degree.
- Good in English.
- At least 3 years experience of full recruitment process: from JD drafting to posting and to conducting interview high quality candidates. Headhunting experience and high speed recruitment is a plus. Preferably with diverse candidates pool and experience in recruiting middle managers and C-level, Tech recruitment, preferably FDI, Industrial Sales, Engineers, Candidates from professional distribution and manufacturing companies.
