Mô tả công việc
- Develop, develop and review compensation plans and other compensation and benefits initiatives in line with the company's strategic plan, Ensure compliance with compensation and benefits standards company policies and legal regulations.
- Report, analyze, evaluate, propose plans related to salary and welfare costs, social insurance, health insurance, monthly and annual contracts as prescribed
- Analyze and identify human resource needs and conduct recruitment and training for short, medium and long term goals

- Welcoming and working with state agencies on related fields of dynamic loudspeaker, environment, fire prevention and fighting and other related fields
- In charge and manage purchasing work
- All tasks as assigned by supervisors
Yêu cầu công việc
- Graduated from University or higher
- Have relevant specialized degrees
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar position, priority given to candidates who have worked at FDI companies
- English/Korean: 4 skills
- Communication and presentation skills
- Careful, meticulous, accurate, responsible
- Have problem-solving skills, be proactive in work
