Mô tả công việc
- Set up organization charts, job descriptions, departments’ functions.
- Making plans and carrying out recruitment processes.
- Set up KRA and evaluation processes of staffs.
- Proposing and building policies, regulations, and procedures related to HR and following up the implementation.
- Monitoring and proposing the signing of labor contracts for staffs.
- Managing tasks of timesheets, incentives, allowances, travel expenses of staffs.
- Maintaining discipline and work ethics in the company. Followings up the implementation of company rules and regulations.
- Managing personnel documents, data, probation evaluation, labor contracts, leaves and performance evaluation.
- Managing administrative work: incoming and outgoing documents, equipment procurement, issuing working tools, admin expenses.
- Managing equipment and facilities.
- Coordinating supporting tasks reception, cleaning and taking care of office
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
- At least five years of human resource management.
- Have good command in English (speaking).
- Honest, hardworking, Creative, “Out of Box” thinking, Can Do mind set, Multi-tasking, self-motivated, “team player”.
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
- Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes and workplace investigations.
