We are seeking a Business Analyst Intern for our Hanoi Office to help customers maximize the value of our data platform, successfully adopt our product, and assist them with technical problems. This position is responsible for gathering and analyzing data to support user decision-making and user reports.
Responsibilities
- Assist to analyze retail metrics, finding rooms to improve store performance and packaging business use cases
- Assist to prepare and create weekly reports, monthly reports and presentation materials as and when needed.
- Collaborate with internal team to gather and resolve Customer requirements
- Familiar with simple data processing and visualizations.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Final year Student or graduate within 2 years
- Have previous working/internship experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/ Google Sheet (including functions, formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization) and PowerPoint
- Good at data analysis and problem-solving skills
- Good command in English
- A quick learner in new technology tool
- Eagerness to learn, develop, and get involved in a wide range of tasks
