Costing Executive - Đi Làm Ngay

The Costing Executive is responsible for preparing accurate product costing, analyzing material, labor, and overhead costs, and supporting quotation decisions for furniture export orders. This role works closely with sales, technical, purchasing, production, and finance teams to ensure cost data is reliable, competitive, and aligned with company margin targets.
- Prepare product costing sheets for new and existing furniture items based on BOM, drawings, specifications, and production requirements.
- Calculate raw material, hardware, packaging, labor, subcontracting, overhead, and other related costs.
- Coordinate with technical, purchasing, production, warehouse, and finance teams to collect and validate cost inputs.
- Support the sales team with cost breakdowns, price simulations, quotation analysis, and margin checks for customer inquiries.
- Review costing assumptions and update prices when material cost, labor rate, exchange rate, or production process changes.
- Maintain accurate costing databases, standard cost files, and historical pricing records.
- Compare actual costs versus estimated costs and highlight variances for management review.
- Support process improvement initiatives to improve costing accuracy, quotation speed, and profitability control.
- Prepare regular costing reports and analysis for management.
- Perform other duties assigned by management."

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in costing, accounting, finance analysis, purchasing, or production planning; furniture manufacturing experience is highly preferred.
- Good understanding of BOM, material consumption, production processes, and manufacturing cost structure.
- Strong Excel skills; experience with costing templates, ERP systems, or production data is an advantage.
- Good analytical thinking, numerical accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, technical, purchasing, production, warehouse, and finance teams.
- Basic English reading and writing ability for product specifications and customer documents; stronger English is an advantage.
- Honest, careful, proactive, and able to work under deadline pressure."
