Mô tả công việc
- Prepare relevant quality control documents and procedure relevant for production
- Support team during third-party audits from Health departments or other related agencies
- Provide training to production teams on quality control and other related topics to maintain high quality standards
- Perform on-site quality control audits and submit reports and recommendations for improvement to Management
- Analyze daily production reports to assess quality standards at each refill location
- Prepare and present monthly reports to Management
- Check equipment and machinery to ensure IT is calibrated and operating correctly
- Inspect all areas of facilities to ensure conditions will maintain qualify of supplies and materials
- Handle any quality issues professionally and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Implement strict quality control processes and procedures at all refill facilities to ensure the highest quality standards are maintained
- Performing quality control inspections and testing with third-party laboratories to maintain quality standards
- Other relevant responsibilities will be discussed at interview
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor degree in business management, science, engineering or another related field
- 2-3 years relevant experience preferred (related beverage production is an advantage)
- Reliable, organized & responsible
- Attention to detail
- Strong awareness of basic quality control standards
- Ability to problem solve and implement pro-active solutions
- Professional working skills
- Strong English and Vietnamese language skills
