Develop and supervise the implementation of the Production Process, Product Quality Management Process, take full responsibility for issues related to productivity and product quality.

- Receiving the production plan, directing all departments to arrange equipment, machinery and people in the Factory to deploy production to ensure the plan, productivity and quality according to the customer's sample.

- Managing and operating the entire production, technical and quality departments of the factory

- Management of technology, engineering and product development

- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position in an eyewear manufacturing company

- Ability to work independently, honestly, creatively, decisively.

- Skill in assigning work, checking and monitoring performance.

- Teamwork and coordination skills.

- Good communication and leadership skills.

- Fluent in 4 languages: English, French, Chinese, Vietnamese
