Manufacturing Project Manager (Chinese And English, $1800, Id 21274)

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Manufacturing Project Manager (Chinese and English, $1800, ID 21274):
1. Customer Engagement & Factory Presentation

• Act as the primary contact for overseas customers during factory visits.
• Deliver professional presentations introducing the company, manufacturing capabilities, production processes, and quality management systems.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's manufacturing technologies, production workflows, and operational processes.
• Address customer inquiries and provide technical and operational information when required.

2. Project Management

• Lead and coordinate assigned manufacturing and business projects from initiation to completion.
• Monitor project progress, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are achieved.
• Prepare project reports and provide regular updates to management and customers.
• Identify project risks and implement corrective actions when necessary.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong experience in direct customer communication, customer relationship management, and project coordination.
• Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written).
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.

• Experience working with international customers and cross-cultural teams.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes, production management, and factory operations.
• Experience in electronics, industrial manufacturing, or related industries is an advantage
• Good at English and Chinese
