Mô tả công việc
- Contact customers who have registered Bank's products or inquires through outbound calls
- Interact with new/existing customers by providing information about products & services
- Support customers complete onboarding journey
- Actively support other team members for work-load or back-up person to fulfill the department’s work within the time frame
- Ensure all issues/ risk events are reported in a timely manner and have properly followed up
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's Degree or above related to Banking and Finance (Accounting/ Finance/ Business/ Economics/ Financial Engineering)
- At least 6-month working experience in Retail Banking sector (Fresh graduate welcome)
- Applicants with Customer Service/ Call center/ Sales background is most welcomed (Banking, Insurance, Fintech)
- Good time management skills
- Good at customer service, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Having logical thinking, flexible response, quick absorption, and boldness to share opinions and personal views
- Work independently/team according to KPI
- Strong teamwork capabilities
- Being able to work under high pressure.
- Multitasking skill
- Has good communication skills (Vietnamese is a must) and good command of spoken and written English.
