Mô tả công việc
- Handle export documentation: contracts, invoices, packing lists using ERP software
- Contact shipping lines for booking, coordinate container arrivals at the factory
- Declare information via Customs software
- Prepare documents for L/C payment
- Handle related paperwork and procedures
- Further job details will be discussed during the interview
- Workplace: Saigon Pearl Building, 92 Nguyen Huu Canh, Ward 22, Binh Thanh District
Yêu cầu công việc
- Females only, Good communication and English proficiency (CV only English)
- At least 3 years of experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Honest, hardworking, proactive, eager to learn
