Purchsing & Logistist Executive

+ Purchsing

• Identify, source, evaluate, and determine the best supplier considering price, quality, value, terms and delivery

for each material from multiple suppliers worldwide

• Direct and assist staff in the process of daily purchases, delivery, resolve quality issue and adjust supply chain
• Organize, prioritize and distribute the Purchasing Request through the purchasing team
• Manage and maintain relationships with Key Suppliers while sourcing new ones
• Assure that the acquisition of all material or products will meet the requirements of the company as well as

health ministry specifications and customs clearance 8%

• Ensure that all materials/goods are planned and received on time. Follow up on all purchase orders to ensure

that scheduled delivery dates are met.

• Work with factory to forecast needs and monitor supplier’s performance in terms of delivery, quality and

reliability, among others

• Insure proper reporting for management and other departments 4%
• Update & maintain ERP system with supplier and item information.
• Initiate and implement process improvement initiatives for the department.

+ Logistisct

• Import to produce for export
• Follow up export, import schedule: Preparing invoice, packing list, and other docs for import and export shipments.
• Work with Carriers/ Airlines/ Forwarders to place booking / get rate, schedule,..
• Booking with forwarder and arrange pick up goods at warehouse to make sure that shipments will be on time
• Ensure that all materials/goods are planned and received on time . Follow up on all export and import orders to ensure that scheduled delivery dates are met.
• Coordinate with other department/ parties if needed to support local handling (pick-up and clearance)
• Ensuring on-time submission of customs clearance paper and tax payment to authority.
• Support registration of product within Vietnam.
• Support certification of required documents for export registration in export territories
