Mô tả công việc
- Assisting international customers with orders and after-sale services via email, chat, and social media channels
- Providing guidance and advice for customers about products, nutrition and wellness as trained by the company
- Resolving issues of inventory and shipments with business partners of the company
- Liaising with other departments to optimize the quality as well as the efficiency of digital marketing
- Researching and proposing solutions to leverage customer experience
- Performing other related duties as assigned
Yêu cầu công việc
- Advanced English level, proficiency in written and spoken English (at least 7.0 IELTS overall or equivalent)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Receptiveness, honesty, patience
- Good self-study skills and adaptability
- Willingness to broaden knowledge, especially about digital marketing
- Good office computer skills
- Experience in customer services or e-Commerce related jobs is preferable
