Mô tả công việc
- Follow OH&S policy and procedures are being maintained at all times.
- Perform the works in terms of quality, scope of work and completion time
- Perform Word Order to meet client’s priorities
- Perform reactive and planned preventive maintenance activities of HVAC system, mechanical & electrical systems, lighting system, access control system, kitchen equipment, fire protection system, generator, compressor air, waste water treatment system, building fabrics, ETC.,
- Conduct visual inspection and assessment of air condition system, building fabrics, replacement of lightings, fixing of plumbing & water supply ETC.,
- Be proactive in looking for potential works that may be required on site.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Background of Electrical,or Electronic or Environment
- Intermediate or equivalent is preferred
- More than one years of verifiable hands-on general maintenance experience (i.e., plumbing, electrical, mechanical, carpentry, painting, ETC.) is preferred with qualification and expertise in at least one major area.
- Highly motivated and pro-active with a positive attitude
- Living in Binh Duong- Tan Uyen is preferred
