Mô tả công việc

Theo dõi và kiểm tra các chứng từ, hóa đơn hợp lệ.
Thực hiện quyết toán. Làm hàng giữa các chi nhánh.
Phối hợp, điều chuyển các chứng từ giữa các chi nhánh với phòng ban tại VP.HCM
Luân chuyển các giấy tờ theo đúng trình tự được để ra.
Kiểm tra các đề nghị thanh toán, tạm ứng từ các chi nhánh, in lưu hồ sơ.
Ghi chép, hạch toán các chứng từ, hóa đơn nội bộ.
Lập các báo cáo và làm việc với sự hướng dẫn của Kế Toán trưởng.

Yêu cầu công việc

Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng, Đại học các Ngành Tài chính, Kế toán
Yêu cầu nữ có kinh nghiệm trên 1 năm, ưu tiên đã từng làm qua công ty Logistics/FWD
Có kỹ năng tổ chức, hoạch định công việc tốt, nhận và xử lý thông tin nhanh, chính xác.
Trung thực, nhanh nhẹn, chịu khó và có tinh thần cầu tiến.
