Mô tả công việc

*Be responsible for nominated & freehand export cargo, including documentation

*Be the coordination between shipper at POL and nominate agent

*Support to solve all the occurred matter to export cargo at POL

*Maintain good relationship with colleagues, customers and agents

Details job:

-Receiving docs and cargo details from warehouse operation staff and update to customers.

-Receive and solve the claimed matter from customers

-Issue HBL, SI for MBL

-Pre alert to agent

-Send loading confirm / delay notice / update the cargo status to customers

-Issue DN/CN to agent and other extra internal docs (included shipment P&L sheet)

-Working with agent at t/s port , destination port to solve all the arisen matter during the transportation

-Others job indicated by supervisor / manager

Yêu cầu công việc

Degree of Associate or Bachelor Degree of Foreign Trade, Economics of International Trade, International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or in related major;
- Good knowledge in Logistics, Forwarder, Import-Export, Shipping,…
- At least 1-year-experience in the field of LCL, experience in same position is an advantage
- Good command in 4 skills of English
