Mô tả công việc
1.Office Management:
- Supervise day-to-day administrative activities, ensuring a well-organized and efficient office environment.
- Oversee office supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
- Monitor office building management to ensure operation.
2.Documentation and Record Keeping:
- Manage and maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
3.Coordination and Communication:
- Coordinate with various departments to facilitate smooth communication and workflow.
- Manage internal and external communications, including emails and phone calls.
4.Travel and Accommodation Arrangements:
- Arrange travel plans and accommodations for staff members as required.
- Ensure compliance with travel policies and guidelines.
5.Event Planning and Coordination:
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Coordinate logistics, invitations, and on-site arrangements.
6.Budget Oversight:
- Assist in budget preparation and monitor expenses related to administrative functions.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
7.Human Resource Support:
- Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating interviews and onboarding procedures.
- Manage employee records and support HR-related tasks.
8.Facility Management:
- Oversee facility maintenance and liaise with vendors for repairs and services.
- Ensure a safe and comfortable working environment.
9.Recruitment support.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR general roles.
- Excellent communication in English
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office suite).
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with relevant administrative and human resources regulations is a plus.
