- Record/update data for following & manage job of team
- Arrange and manage the timely payments for head office expense
- In charge the monthly expense data for purchasing of head office
- In charge for non-merchandising materials and equipment as requirement
- Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by FM Manager and FM Executive
Yêu cầu công việc
- Issuance of internship certificate + Carpentry according to the company's form
- Lunch support at canteen
- Laptop support during work
- Experience, study and work at a multinational corporation
- Support in arranging appropriate study & work time
- Shuttle bus support for those living far away (if you are residing in District 7, Binh Thanh District, Thu Duc City)
Quyền lợi

- Priority is given to those who practice Full-time or Off 2-3 times/week.
- Use basic office information technology: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet.
- Well communication skill.
- Good organizational, work arrangement and time management skills.

- Intern for a minimum of 3 months at the company
