- Control and manage insurance claim form
- Contact point between vendors
- Track and check attendance (attendance and activity report)
- Create and track internal reports
- Ensure internal document is updated on daily-basis
- Work with others member to hold internal events
- On-boarding new hires

Yêu cầu công việc
- Vocational or college degree in Business/ HR/ Admin major
- At least 3 years of experience in admin/ HR position or office-related position
- Intermediate office hard/ software: MS, Google Workspace, printer, ETC.
- Intermediate English level, especially correspondence skill
- Excellent multi-tasking and details-oriented skill
- Good communication skill
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Ideal characteristic: Trustworthy - Honest - Polite - Humble - Meticulous - Fast learner
